Power to make rules
(1)
The Minister may make rules for —
(a)
the collection and recording of any information in respect of any land;
(b)
prescribing and limiting the powers and duties of officers conducting proceedings under this Act;
(c)
the proper performance of all things to be done, and the regulation of all proceedings to be taken under this Act;
(d)
the publication, issue and service of all notices, whether general or special, to be published, issued or served under this Act; and
(e)
carrying out generally the purposes of this Act.
(2)
All rules made under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette.
