Section 37

Aliens entitled to acquire and hold lands in Singapore; and may sell, transfer, assign, bequeath or transmit them

Subject to the provisions of the Residential Property Act 1976, any alien may by grant, conveyance, lease, assignment, succession, inheritance, bequest or otherwise, take, acquire, hold and possess any lands or other immovable property situated in Singapore, and may sell, transfer, assign, bequeath or transmit those lands or other property to any other person as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes, and with the same rights, remedies, exemptions and privileges as if he were a citizen of Singapore.
