Conveyance by a person to himself, etc.
(1)
All property may be conveyed by a person to himself jointly with another person, by the like means by which it might be conveyed to him by another person, and may, in like manner, be conveyed by a husband to his wife, and by a wife to her husband, alone or jointly with another person.
(2)
This section shall apply only to conveyances made on or after 1 August 1886.
