Section 103

The High Court and the officers thereof shall in all matters of bankruptcy and insolvency act in aid of and be auxiliary to the courts of Malaysia having jurisdiction in bankruptcy and insolvency so long as the law of Malaysia requires its courts to act in aid of and be auxiliary to the courts of Singapore.

An order of any such court of Malaysia, seeking aid with a request to the High Court, shall be deemed sufficient to enable the High Court to exercise in respect of the matters directed by the order such jurisdiction as either the court which made the request or the High Court could exercise in respect of similar matters within their several jurisdictions.
