Section 126

The President may make rules prescribing the fees and percentages to be charged for or in respect of proceedings under this Act, and may direct by whom, and in what manner, the same are to be collected and accounted for, and to what account they shall be paid, and such rules shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication.
