Release of debtor on security
(1)
When a debtor is arrested under section 28 he may be released by order of the court, either with or without giving security to the satisfaction of the court that he will not leave Singapore without the previous permission in writing of the Official Assignee or of the court, or that he will not remove any of his goods or conceal or destroy any of his goods or any books, documents or writings which might be of use to his creditors in the course of his bankruptcy.
(2)
The proceeds of the realisation of any security given under this section or under section 9 on breach by the debtor of any of the conditions of the security shall be deemed to be the property of the debtor, and when he is adjudged bankrupt shall vest in the Official Assignee.
