Section 30

Where a receiving order is made against a debtor the court, on the application of the Official Assignee, may order that for such time not exceeding 3 months as the court thinks fit, telegrams and post letters addressed to the debtor at any place or places mentioned in the order for redirection shall be redirected, sent or delivered by the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore to the Official Assignee or otherwise as the court directs, and the same shall be done accordingly.
