Section 75

An account, to be called the Bankruptcy Estates Account, shall be kept by the Official Assignee with such bank as the Minister directs and, subject to the other provisions of this Act, all moneys received by the Official Assignee in respect of proceedings under this Act shall be paid to that account.

All payments out of moneys standing to the credit of the Official Assignee in the Bankruptcy Estates Account shall be made by such bank in the prescribed manner.
