Section 81

The Official Assignee shall, on the demand of any officer authorised by the Minister in that behalf in writing, produce for the inspection of that officer all records and documents in his possession relating to any bankruptcy, and that officer may examine the same and report thereon to the Minister.

The President shall call the Official Assignee to account for any misfeasance, neglect or omission which is disclosed by any examination made under subsection (1), and may require the Official Assignee to make good any loss which the estate of any bankrupt has sustained by reason of the misfeasance, neglect or omission.
