Detention of person offering forged pawn ticket, etc.
If any person utters, produces, shows or offers to a pawnbroker a pawn ticket which the pawnbroker reasonably suspects to have been counterfeited, forged or altered, the pawnbroker may seize and detain the person and the ticket or either of them, and shall deliver the person and the ticket or either of them, as the case may be, into the custody of a police officer.[41
