Section 6

The specification, with a plan of the land, shall be deposited with the Collector of Land Revenue and shall remain so deposited and open to inspection at all reasonable hours for a period of 3 months.

Notice of such deposit shall be published in the Gazette and in at least one local newspaper, and shall be posted in such conspicuous places on and in the neighbourhood of the lands to be affected as the Collector of Land Revenue determines, calling upon all persons objecting to the work to send in their objections in writing to the Minister within that period of 3 months.
