Objections, how heard and determined
(1)
All objections so made shall be heard and determined by the Collector of Land Revenue.
(2)
The decision of the Collector of Land Revenue shall be final, and the specification as settled by the Collector of Land Revenue shall be conclusive evidence of the facts stated therein.
