Section 19

When an officer in the service of Malaysia who is a contributor under the Widows’ and Orphans’ Pension Enactment thereof, has been transferred to the service of any Malay State where no provision has been made by law for the granting of pensions to widows and children of persons employed in its service and the contribution of that contributor under the said Widows’ and Orphans’ Pension Enactment is in arrear, such arrear shall be deducted from any salary which is subsequently payable to him from the Government.
