Penalty for non-compliance with section 22
(1)
A contributor or widow who fails or neglects to comply with any of the requirements of section 22 shall for each default pay a fine not exceeding $25 which shall be deducted from his or her salary or pension, as the case may be, by the Accountant-General on the certificate of the Directors.
(2)
A contributor who wilfully makes any false statement respecting any of the particulars required to be furnished by this Act shall forfeit at the discretion of the Directors all or any part of his rights under this Act.
