Section 30

Pension of widow where no child by previous marriage of contributor

If a contributor dies leaving a widow but no child of a pensionable age by a previous marriage, the widow shall be entitled to receive a pension calculated according to the Rules and Tables set out in the First Schedule applicable to her case under this Act.
