Section 37

Where all the children cease to be of pensionable age

When all the children of any marriage cease to be of pensionable age, the person or persons entitled under the preceding sections shall be entitled to receive the pension which he or they would have been entitled to receive, if there had been no child of such marriage of pensionable age living at the death of the contributor.
