Section 40

What proof to be produced before payment of pensions

(1)

Widows and children claiming to be entitled to pension under this Act and residing outside Singapore shall from time to time produce such proof as the Directors require of their being alive and entitled to pension.

(2)

The payment of any pension may be refused until such proof is furnished to the satisfaction of the Directors.
