Section 43

Questions and disputes to be decided by the President

All questions and disputes as to who is entitled to be deemed a contributor or as to the right of a widow or child to a pension or as to the amount of such pension or as to the rights or liabilities of any person under this Act shall be referred by the Directors to the President, whose decision shall be binding and conclusive on all parties and shall be final to all intents and purposes and shall not be subject to appeal or be questioned or revised by any court of justice.
