Reopening railway when closed
(1)
When at any time a railway has been closed under section 26 it shall not be reopened for the public carriage of passengers until it has been inspected and its reopening sanctioned in accordance with this Act.
(2)
When the Minister has ordered under section 26 that the use of any specified rolling stock shall be discontinued, that rolling stock shall not be used until the engineer has reported that it is fit for use and the Minister has sanctioned its use.
