Section 78

Penalty for driving an animal upon or across a railway

Any person who wilfully rides, leads or drives upon or across a railway any animal, except in directly crossing the railway at any road or place appointed for that purpose at a time at which he may lawfully do so, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $40 for each offence.
