Ferocious dog at large

Any person who negligently suffers to be at large any ferocious dog without a muzzle shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, and if the dog has bitten, or attempted to bite any person, the dog may be killed by order of a Magistrate’s Court.
