Section 15

Not later than the first day of the third Chinese moon in each year, the committee shall cause to be prepared a true statement of the accounts and liabilities of the corporation, and an account of their receipts and disbursements during the previous Chinese year.

Such statement and account shall be printed and circulated to members of the corporation, and a copy shall be sent to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs.
