Delivery of official log-book to Superintendent
(1)
The master of every ship for which an official log-book is required by this Act shall, upon the discharge of the crew, deliver the official log-book of the voyage to the Superintendent.
(2)
Any master of a ship who fails without reasonable cause to comply with this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.[143
