Notice to be given of time of sailing, etc.
(1)
The master, owner or agent of a pilgrim ship departing or proceeding from any port or place within Singapore shall give notice to the Director, Port Health Officer and Surveyor-General that the ship is to carry pilgrims and of her destination and of the proposed time of sailing.
(2)
The notice shall be given at the original port of departure, if in Singapore, and in other cases at the first port at which the ship touches in Singapore, not less than 3 days, and at all other ports of call not less than 24 hours, before that time.[173
