Power to enter on and inspect pilgrim ship
(1)
After receiving the notice the Director, the Port Health Officer and any surveyor of ships may at all times enter on the ship and inspect and measure her and inspect her fittings, and the provisions and stores on board, and may muster and count the pilgrims on board.
(2)
Provisions brought by pilgrims shall be destroyed if the Port Health Officer considers it necessary.[174
