Statement concerning pilgrims to be delivered before pilgrims disembark in Singapore
The master of every pilgrim ship arriving at any port or place in Singapore at which it is intended to discharge pilgrims shall, before any pilgrims disembark, deliver a statement signed by him, giving the names and sex of all the pilgrims on board, together with the serial numbers of their pilgrim passes, and the number of the crew and such other particulars as are prescribed, to a police officer.[185
