Medical officers’ diaries and reports
(1)
The medical officer or officers of every pilgrim ship shall keep such diaries, and shall submit such reports or other returns as are prescribed.
(2)
Any medical officer of any pilgrim ship who fails to comply with this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.[190
