Fees at Kamaran payable by Government and recoverable from owner
In the following cases:
(a)
when a pilgrim ship proceeding from any port in Singapore calls at the Kamaran quarantine station and obtains a certificate under section 175;
(b)
when any pilgrim suffering from any disease is removed from any such ship and treated at the Kamaran quarantine station,the fees payable in respect of the certificate, and the actual expenses incurred by the authorities at the Kamaran quarantine station in the removal and treatment of such pilgrim, if not paid by the owner, agent or master of such ship, shall be payable by the Government for and on behalf of the owner.[193
