Section 177

The certificate of the Port Officer of Aden, or the Health Officer of Aden or the Director, Medical Superintendent or Deputy Medical Superintendent of the Kamaran quarantine station, as the case may be, shall be admissible as evidence of the amount payable in respect of any such fees or expenses.

Every such certificate purporting to be signed by such officer shall be presumed to be genuine until the contrary is proved.[194
