Section 186

Penalty on master for landing pilgrim at a place other than that at which he has contracted to land

Any master of a pilgrim ship who lands any pilgrim at any port or place other than the port or place at which such pilgrim has contracted to land, unless with his previous consent, or unless the landing is made necessary by perils of the sea or other unavoidable accident, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction for each offence to a fine not exceeding $200 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both.[203
