Conditions of licence
Every licence so granted shall specify —
(a)
the name and address of the licensee;
(b)
the period for which it shall be in force;
(c)
the conditions on which, and the restrictions and limitations subject to which, it is granted,and shall be granted on payment of such fee, if any, as may be prescribed.[212
