Section 198

Every pilgrim broker who supplies lodging, or board, or any house accommodation to pilgrims shall keep exhibited in some prominent place upon the outer front of his premises a signboard which shall be approved by the Minister, bearing in legible characters in English and Malay his name with the words “Licensed Pilgrim Broker” and the number of his licence.

Any person who fails to comply with this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.[215
