Section 226

The Minister may require a certificate issued under the load line provisions which has expired or been cancelled to be delivered up as he directs.

Any owner or master who fails without reasonable cause to comply with such a requirement shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.[246
