Power to exempt certain steamers
The Minister may, by order to be published in the Gazette, exempt any particular steamer or line of steamers when trading under the conditions specified in the exemption from the operation of any portion of the rules in force under section 237 which may relate to the fittings and arrangements for the accommodation, safety and comfort of cattle and other livestock.[259
