On report, Minister may deal with certificate

The Minister may, if he thinks the justice of the case requires it, reissue and return any cancelled or suspended certificate or shorten the time of its suspension, or grant a new certificate of the same or any lower grade in place of it.[276†† Section 275 in the 1970 Edition was repealed by Act 38/84.
