Section 254

The Minister may make general rules for carrying into effect the provisions relating to inquiries and investigations, and to the rehearing of or an appeal from any inquiry or investigation held under this Part, and in particular with respect to the procedure, the appointment and summoning of assessors, the parties, the persons allowed to appear, the notice to those parties or persons or to persons affected, the amount and application of fees, and the place in which formal investigations shall be held.[277
