Section 327

Any person who wilfully obstructs or hinders any person in the execution of any duty imposed or power conferred by this Part, or assaults or ill-treats him in the discharge of such duty, or in the exercise of such power, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction for each offence to a fine not exceeding $200.[362
