Section 328

All acts, orders or directions by this Part authorised to be done or given by the Director may be done or given by any person in the service of the Government subject to his control and duly authorised by him.

All acts, orders or directions by this Part authorised to be done or given by the Port Master may be done or given by any person in the employ of the Authority subject to his control and duly authorised by him.

Any person authorised to do any such act may call to his aid such assistance as is necessary.[363
