Damages and expenses to be recovered as fines
In every case in which any person is liable under this Part to pay any sum of money, damages or expenses, the same may be recovered and levied in the same manner as a fine under this Act, and, if necessary, the amount thereof may be fixed and assessed by the court before which the case is tried.[364
