Power to exempt from provisions of this Part
(1)
The Minister may declare that any of the provisions of this Part shall not be in force in any port or in any part of Singapore specified in the declaration.
(2)
The Minister may exempt any vessel or any class or description of vessel from any of the provisions of this Part.[365
