Persons appointed or authorised under this Act to be deemed public servants
Every person appointed or authorised under this Act for any of the purposes of this Act, when acting in pursuance of any such purpose, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Cap. 224].[370** Section 369 in the 1970 Edition was repealed by Act 38/84.
