Copy of agreement to be made accessible to crew
(1)
The master shall at the commencement of every voyage or engagement cause a legible copy of the agreement with the crew, omitting the signatures, to be posted up in some part of the ship which is accessible to the crew.
(2)
Any master who fails without reasonable cause to comply with this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction for each offence to a fine not exceeding $100.[47
