Power of Minister to prescribe forms

(1)
Subject to any special provisions of this Act, the Minister may prescribe forms for any book, instrument or paper required under this Act.

*Every such book, instrument or paper required under this Act shall be made in the form, if any, approved by the Minister or as near thereto as circumstances permit.* Subsection (3) of this section was repealed by Act 38/84.[385
