Forgery, etc., of agreement with crew
(1)
Any person who fraudulently alters, makes any false entry in or delivers a false copy of any agreement with the crew shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction for each offence to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
(2)
Any person who assists in committing or procures to be committed any such offence shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction for each offence to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.[48
