Certificate of registry
(1)
The certificate of registry shall be in such form as may be prescribed by the Minister.
(2)
The certificate of registry shall state —
(a)
the name of the owner of the ship, his occupation and address, and if there are more owners than one, the proportions in which they are interested in the ship;
(b)
the name of the master;
(c)
the date and place where the ship was built; and
(d)
the details given in the certificate of measurement.
(3)
The Minister may by regulations prescribe the form of endorsements that may be made on the certificate of registry from time to time to record changes in the particulars without the issue of a new certificate.[400
