Crew list of Singapore ship

(1)
The master of every Singapore ship engaged in home-trade voyages shall be required to maintain on his crew list such percentage of seamen who are citizens of Singapore as may be prescribed by the Minister.

The master of every foreign-going Singapore ship shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the annual tonnage tax paid by him for any year if during the year he maintains on his crew list 25% or more of seamen who are citizens of Singapore.[419
