Penalty for not showing colours
(1)
A Singapore ship shall hoist the proper national colours on entering or leaving any port.
(2)
If default is made on board any such ship in complying with this section, the master of the ship shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.[421
