Property of seamen dying in Singapore
If a seaman or apprentice to the sea service dies in Singapore, and is at the time of his death entitled to claim from the master or owner of a ship in which he has served any effects or unpaid wages, the master or owner shall pay and deliver or account for such property to the Superintendent.[92
