Section 3

Vesting of property held in name of the Bishop of Singapore

All immovable property situated in the Settlements of Singapore, Penang and Malacca heretofore conveyed or assigned to or vested in “The Bishop of Singapore”, whether with or without the name of the ecclesiastic for the time being holding the office, is hereby vested in the Corporation for the respective estates and interests for which the same is held.
