Section 11

Power to prohibit poisonous or noxious gas or noxious substance

(1)

The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, prohibit either absolutely or subject to conditions the manufacture, possession or importation of any poisonous or noxious gas or noxious substance.

(2)

Any person who commits any act in contravention of a notification issued under this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
